When you press the button, enemy will hit you and then you will react. With rewasd you feel the lag and you can`t do it. I`m a 34y old lawyer in my country, I think that I`m old enough to decide for myself.Įdit: As an example, for honor, with steam/ds4win you can deflect very easy. I don`t ask you to implement something in rewasd to OC but damn let me use my controller as I want. Steam has no problem with it, ds4win has no problem with it. The big problem is that you are limiting somehow the use of HIDUSBF. I`m OC-ing my cpu/gpu from 2011, delid etc. I break it, I will buy another one, no one to blame. Is my controller and I want to use it as I see fit. I used XInputTest_1000_Samples to test it. Response curve can help you minimize acceleration: drag the most-right dot to the top somewhere in the middle of the graph to get the Max output quicker and have it linear.Īnd, if someday we implement the overclocking option, we will definitely reach out to you! I don't quite understand how Acceleration can be forced, that's not something we would implement willingly, it's counter-productive. If you wish to try reWASD once again someday, I'd suggest messing some more with the available settings. Gyro at 250hz and with forced smoothing and acceleration It may be for a gaming PC, but if we're talking about a laptop or a more generic setup, it can be harsh on CPU. Was that any different from the Default preset? That is 1:1 a Default curve, at least the description suggests that. Setting point 1 at the buttom left corner, and all the rest at the top right corner My bad, then set the Smoothing to the lowest option. You cannot set smoothing to 0, the lowest is 1 I see now that my original comment is rather snarkey and toxic, and im sorry for that, it was not the intent, i really like the software, but its also bothering me that its so close to being the ultimate tool, but it falls short where its the most important part for me I have also tried a ton of other settings to make the gyro feel better but im still stuck with a huge delay, or at least i feel a huge input-lag when comparing it against steam I really want to use ReWasd as it is much easier to use, has some featuers that works far better than steams, and is pretty much guarantied to work in every game as its not relying on some weird overlay, but gyro at 250hz and with forced smoothing and acceleration, its a no-go for me, at least for gyro intense games like shooters :/ I find if odd that every other configurator is pulling atleast 500hz, and I'm pretty sure the ps5 even does that too, and the cpu load is negligible. I have to "glitch" the deflection graph using the custom curve, setting point 1 at the bottom left corner, and all the rest at the top right corner to get the most linear feeling sensitivity. You cannot set smoothing to 0, the lowest is 1, last i checked // a few weeks ago
